This month my family and I were on our way to Idaho, to visit my daughter who just delivered my grandchild. My 84 year old Mother-In-Law was on board. Sir to make a long story short, the Hydro Hot unit failed to light, so in fact, we had no heat or hot water in the coach.
Half way to our destination, I decided the coach needed immediate repairs to the heater so I cancelled our trip. I turned around and started home to Grants Pass via I-5.
As we got close to the Junction City exit, I decided I would go to the Country Coach Manufacturing plant for repairs. Being Sunday, I knew I would have to spend the night, so I sent my family home in our towed vehicle.
On Monday morning I went into the lobby and met with Arleen, I have had numerous dealings with your staff and Arleen recognized me immediately. I gave her the low down on my problems and she quickly made up a work order.
Soon I met up with Bryan Brecko, one of your service technicians. He listened to my service complaint and went right to work. He allowed me to wait inside my coach, so I was able to walk around the plant and look at all the coach consignments that are on display. Bryan quickly found the problem and advised me of the fix. He disassembled the Hydro Hot system totally and completed the required servicing.
Mr. Lee, it is very advantageous to your company in allowing clients the ability to look around the plant and walk through the consignment coaches you have awaiting sales.
Looking at other coaches I found numerous items that needed attention on my coach. My driver and passenger seats needed to have the comfort control units replaced, which you had in stock.
Sir, I want to conclude my note to you with the hope it will insure Bryan Brecko, is recognized for his outstanding knowledge of Country Coach products and his outstanding customer relations, attitude and professionalism. His thorough examination of the issues that would have resulted in a costly and serious break down if he hadn’t found and repaired the engine water leak.
