Service, Team Leadership and Support
We met Arlene Barley when we arrived the afternoon before our appointment. She was very accommodating, including a call to our prospective technician to see if we could start earlier then our scheduled appointment. It wasn’t to happen but we appreciate her effort.
Brad Barley met us promptly, March 15, 2014 at our coach. He reviewed the plan for our coach repairs and discussed some possible electronic component (TV and sound system) upgrades that we had expressed interest in. He also informed us that we would be able to remain with our coach if we chose or spend time in the lounge.
Over the course of the next two weeks, several technicians worked on different areas of our coach based on their specialties. We especially appreciate the courteous, efficient, patient attitude displayed by our lead technician, Brad. He deferred to John Emanuel for work on our dash air conditioning found to be faulty, based on the Total Coach Inspection that we requested. John also offered suggestions and solutions for other areas of concern we expressed. Duane Kerr discussed options for the installation of a flat screen TV and sound bar. He created exactly what we had envisioned. Eric Wolfe was responsible for the installation of the new air dryer while John Nelson worked tirelessly on replacing the slide gaskets and made silicon dams to prevent future leaks. Doug Beaudry kept us up to date with estimates and last but not least Doug Hanby was available for the odd parts we wanted to have on hand.
Without a team leader, Brad in our case, the apparent effortlessness of their work would not have happened. He orchestrated every detail as if we were his only customers.
