“There is really no substitute”
To the friendly staff at Country Coach,
My wife and I are the relatively new owners of a 2000 Country Coach Intrigue. We, like many others were sorry to hear of the company closing, but were optimistic when we heard of its revival last year.
Since we were going through the area anyhow, I called Doug Beaudry to make an appointment for a routine service (lube, oil, filter etc.), really just wanting to check and see how things were progressing with the new company.
Well, what a nice surprise. We were met in the yard by Terry Keeler who got things going, then met with the Tech… Eric Wolfe, who talked with us about a few other small issues we were having with the coach, and it was decided that we should do a wheel alignment, adjust ride height and check a few other details. The great thing for me was getting to ask Eric just about every question I could think of about the coach (even when it had nothing to do with what we were working on). In my opinion, there is really no substitute for the kind of experience gained from someone who knows the product so well and obviously has such high regard for it. Eric insisted on a road test to make sure we were pleased with what was done, and we were.
The staff were all very pleasant, the cost was reasonable, and we were pleased with the end result.
There is no doubt that we will be back at Country Coach for our future service needs. Keep up the great work. Hope to see some new coaches rolling out soon, we wish you all the best of luck.
Kudos to all,
Grant & Heather Simpson
