Our confidence in Country Coach continues….

We have been the owners of a 2000 Country Coach Intrigue for 12 years so this note is a grateful thank you for a fine product and great customer support.  Our RV recently developed some problems with slides and airbags and needed some fine tuning.  With that in mind we decided to make the drive to Junction City for service by people trained to work on Country Coach RVs’.  Upon arrival at the maintenance location we were greeted promptly and within a very short time technicians were working on our rig.  We spent a comfortable night hooked up to electricity in the service yard.  We were greeted the next morning by Doug and the team assigned to make the repairs.  They were open about our problems, discussed possible solutions with us and went right to work. We and our dog were made comfortable in the Hospitality room while the coach was being worked on.  The receptionist even found us a winery to visit to break up the wait.

While we got the repairs for which we had started out, the trip had an additional benefit because one of the technicians indicated that one previous  repair, (done elsewhere), was not reliable and fixed it –increasing our safety while on the road. Everything is now running smoothly and we are ready to take off for a month’s sojourn knowing that our rig is in tip top shape.  We especially appreciate Country Coach having the service component of the business continued.  Our confidence in CC continues.
