“Motor Coach Hero’s”
Greetings,
I was looking forward to coming to your factory because I had heard so much about the great team you have assembled for your NEW COUNTRY COACH Corporation. After arriving, we were greeted by the service manager and introduced to Jon Emmanuel and informed he would be addressing our problems.
My main problem was the shower valve not holding hot. I had 4 different technicians look at the valve on the trip. None could fix it. —$600.00 later, we still did not have hot water that would stay hot. Enter Jon. He said to me, “I don’t think it’s the shower, — I think it’s the Aqua Hot.” I had the Aqua Hot worked on in Louisiana to address a faulty motor, but it seemed to be working. I said, “Can’t be.” He said, “We’ll see.” He was right. We moved on to the other problems with Andy Nunez. He fixed our tow electrical cable and helped Jon address the black tank issue.
Well, the bottom line is, both of them stayed late so we could get on the road and continue our trip. About 6:30 PM, we left.
We were on I-5 headed to our campground. Beside us is a pickup with a message stuck against the window—“CALL ME” (with a cell phone number listed)— It was John. We called and he said that they noticed as we left that a tail light was not working. We pulled over at a truck stop and Jon and Andy proceeded to fix the light bulb. WOW TALK ABOUT SERVICE!!!!!
Needless to say, we were very impressed with your entire team.
Service manager— polite, professional and knowledge.
