If you have owned a Country Coach in the past decade or so, you probably have met Andy Nunez. You may not have remembered his name but you probably remembered his smile. Andy has over ten years of experience working on Country Coach motorhomes starting back in 1999. And he always does it with a smile.
When I asked Andy what kind of service work he typically does, he replied, “Everything and anything to get the job done, whatever it takes.”
Whether it is working on plumbing or wiring or building a new door, he does it with years of experience. Although Andy’s experience has been mostly working “hands on” in service, he also spent many years in technical support. Using this experience, he learned all of the ends and outs of Country Coach. This is very important when answering technical service questions. Andy is good at this job because of service knowledge but also because of his professional and friendly attitude.
Ask Andy a question and he will explain it in a way that is very easy to understand. We are very glad that Andy came back to join Country Coach Corporation last May. Not only is he back working on the very motorhomes he knows best, but back at the familiar surroundings with his friends and coworkers. Andy even met his wife of five years, Casey, at Country Coach. Casey worked in the sales department writing production orders. So now that you know a little bit about Andy, be sure to say hello next time you are here at Country Coach for service if he doesn’t find you and say hi first!
