Tammi Keeler

I was born and raised in Northern California. Grass Valley, California was my home until at the age of 13 we moved to Oregon. I loved California, but have grown to love Oregon as well. I have lived in the Junction City area for about 34 years now. My husband, Terry and I have both worked for Country (Camper, in the early years) Coach during those years. Terry and I are fortunate enough to be part of the team back to work once again…for Country Coach Corporation, thanks to Ron Lee.

My heart and soul lie within this company … what it stands for, how it can support my family and so many others. I have dedicated my life’s work to what Country Coach can provide … a wonderful coach for families to enjoy and tour around the country in. My husband and I raised our two sons while working for Country Camper/Country Coach. We built a home and have acreage in the foothills just a few miles west of Junction City. We are blessed with 4 wonderful grandchildren and two wonderful daughter-in-laws. We are fortunate that our boys and their families live in Junction City, we spend as much time together as we can.

In early 1978 I was hired by Ron and began working in the Finish Department. I installed parts such as cabinet doors, window dressings, windshield trim, moldings and the various accessories that added décor to the motorhomes. I cleaned coaches inside and out. I also sealed exterior moldings, windows and doors. For many years I worked with my mother-in-law, with her as my Supervisor. I was taught how important quality is and have never forgotten to keep this high on the list. I can remember Class C motorhome production growing into Class A/Front Engine Gas and then Pusher Diesel production. Many different models began to be developed as the company grew. I remained in the Finish Department as Concepts, Magna’s, Affinities, Lexa’s and Veranda models were built. I became an Area Manager, then a Supervisor in the year 2000. My job responsibilities changed from installing parts to managing people, parts, and time frames. I focused on quality inspections and completion of jobs. Good work ethic and good attendance have always been important to me as well as Safety and good housekeeping.

My goal now is to do the best job that I am capable of doing and help with whatever is needed. I am proud to be part of a team working hard to bring back jobs for the community, support for coach owners with good Service and Sales and the chance to have a new Country Coach built for them one day. I recognize and remind myself often how fortunate we are to have Ron Lee leading the way out of this very difficult time.
