After our coach was worked on, they cleaned inside and outside. We couldn’t believe it.

To Whom It May Concern:

We have had three Country Coaches since 2001 and we have loved every one of them. BUT what makes them so special to us is the service we receive when we come to the factory here in Junction City, OR. We have been here twice.

You call for your appointment, then when you arrive you get electric and water with the dump on the side, and you can come early or stay late. They come out the morning of your appointment, go over all your problems and then take your coach away. At 4:00 your coach is back and you have a nice evening. After our coach was worked on, they cleaned inside and outside. We couldn’t believe it. The technicians working on our coach were great.

They all have so much knowledge about these coaches and are available for questions any time of the day. Having that direct contact was especially appreciated.

Everyone in the company was such a pleasure and they did everything possible to make us happy. We just can’t say enough.

BUT the best part is that they Loved our Dog! They let dogs in the lounge while the coach is in the shop, they have treats, and they even baby-sit while we go to lunch or whatever we wanted to do.

I could name all of the people that made us feel so special but I might forget someone’s name, so because they ALL were so special I will just leave it like that.

Ron Lee was around to make sure his customers were all happy, he even mows the lawn!
