Country Coach Friendship Rally A Success
Posted on Jun 27, 2011
Now that the Friendship Rally is in the rear view mirror, it’s time to reflect on how it developed. First of all, I would like to say that I think it was a rousing success in terms of attendance – with 60 Coaches registered for the rally.

The objective of the core group of organizers was to form a club to replace the loss of Country Coach International from the west coast and its’ roots at the Country Coach facility. Country Coach Corporation along with other local service suppliers, put our best foot forward to help make an “Old fashioned Country Coach Rally” with lots of good food, information and friendly camaraderie.
For member of the Country Coach Corporation team, the week carried a regular work schedule PLUS seminars, a service desk and a phenomenal and informative factory tour.

The tour ended with a relaxing and delicious finger food buffet and outstanding wine. The Rally marked the the Grand Opening of our well stocked Apparel Shop. Coach owners took advantage of this to stock up on Country Coach apparel. To those that did, we thank you!
An interesting side note was the nationwide publicity given to Sarah Palin’s Country Coach Lexa on her “One Nation” tour, which happened to coincide with our rally schedule. A quote from writer Julian Gothard: “Palin’s selection of Country Coach is emblematic of America’s indomitable spirit and ability to overcome even the toughest challenge.”
The organizers of the Friendship Rally were rewarded with the formation of a new club, “Country Coach Friends International” with 50 founding members.
The rally’s selected charity was “God’s Store House” in Harrisburg and “Junction City Local Aide”. An impressive $8,625.00 was raised through a well attended Friendship Rally auction and raffle.
On Thursday morning Ron and Cookie Lee with David Diamond and the entire Country Coach Team gave those attending a glimpse into the future of the company.
